<p>Questi meravigliosi fiori, noti come falsi gelsomini, hanno un profumo meraviglioso e inebriante. Tutto il giorno le mie finestre sono aperte per far entrare questo fantastico profumo.</p>

<p><em><strong>La trama:</strong></em></p>
<p>In una grande dimora, alle porte di Milano, vivono i Cantoni, proprietari da tre generazioni delle omonime prestigiose rubinetterie. In apparenza, ogni componente della famiglia ha una personalità lineare. Nella realtà, ognuno di loro nasconde segreti che lo hanno segnato. È la regola dei Cantoni: ci sono situazioni che, anche se note a tutti, vanno taciute. Si tace perfino sulla vena di follia che affligge Bianca, la matriarca di questa dinastia. Un giorno entra in scena Léonie Tardivaux, una giovane squattrinata francese che sposa Guido Cantoni, l’unico nipote di nonna Bianca. La ragazza si integra così bene con la famiglia da assimilarne tutte le abitudini, compresa la legge del silenzio su certe vicende personali. Questo non le impedisce di essere una moglie esemplare, una madre attenta, una manager di talento, in grado di guidare con successo l’azienda nel mare ostile della recessione economica. E intanto coltiva il suo segreto, quello che ogni anno, per un solo giorno, la induce a lasciare tutto e a rifugiarsi in un romantico albergo sul lago di Como. Ancora una volta, Sveva Casati Modignani cattura i lettori con una saga famigliare che copre quasi un secolo di storia italiana, dagli anni Venti fino a oggi, e mette in scena personaggi incantevoli: uomini intelligenti, autentici e lungimiranti, che hanno al loro fianco donne forti, capaci di consigliarli e sostenerli, donne insostituibili.</p>

<p>L&#8217;altro giorno ho fatto i pomodori gratinati al forno, che a me piacciono tanto. Si possono fare anche le zucchine o i peperoni, dipende da quello che vi piace di più.</p>
<p><em>The other day I made the tomatoes au gratin, which I love so much. You can also do the zucchini or peppers, depending on what you like best.</em></p>
<p>Ho tagliato i pomodori a fette spesse. I pomodori non devono essere troppo maturi e pieni di acqua per non spappolarsi. I migliori sarebbero quelli verdi.</p>
<p><em>I cut the tomatoes into thick slices. Tomatoes should not be too ripe and full of water because they become mushy. The best would be the green ones.</em></p>
<p>Ho preparato il gratin tritando il prezzemolo con aglio e 2-3 pacchetti di crackers. Ovviamente potete usare il pane raffermo o il pangrattato al posto dei crackers. Poi ho aggiunto l&#8217;olio, sale e pepe.</p>
<p><em>I prepared the gratin with parsley, <em>garlic <em>and </em></em>2-3 packages of crackers. Obviously you can use the stale bread or bread crumbs instead of crackers. Then I added oil, salt and pepper.</em></p>

<p>Ho messo il gratin sopra le fette di pomodoro e ho infornato a 180° per circa 10 minuti.</p>

<div>Pulite l&#8217;orata, lavatela bene e asciugatela tamponandola con carta assorbente da cucina. Versate sul fondo di una pirofila 3 cucchiai di olio e unitevi la cipolla tagliata a spicchietti sottili e i pomodori affettati.</div>

<div><em>Clean the sea bream, rinse well and dry it with paper towel dabbing. Pour into a baking dish 3 tablespoons of oil and add the onion and tomatoes sliced thin.</em></div>

<div>Adagiate sulle verdure il pesce che avrete prima inciso sul dorso, irroratelo con il vino, insaporite con una presa di sale e una macinata di pepe e cospargete di prezzemolo tritato. Coprite il recipiente con un foglio di alluminio e ponetelo in forno già caldo a 180° per circa 30 minuti.</div>

<p>Dopo 15 minuti girate delicatamente il pesce. Al termine della cottura, eliminate l&#8217; alluminio e lasciate la pirofila in forno ancora 10 minuti.</p>

<p>Ho sbucciato le mele, le ho grattugiate e le ho spruzzate con un po&#8217; di succo di limone perché non si anneriscano.</p>

<p>Ho versato il composto su una teglia imburrata e infarinata e ho spolverizzato la superficie con due cucchiaini di zucchero per fare la crosticina croccante. Ho infornato a 180° per circa 55 minuti.</p>
<p><em>I poured the mixture into a buttered and floured baking pan and I sprinkled the surface with two teaspoons of sugar to make the crust crispy. I baked at 180 degrees for about 55 minutes.</em></p>

<p>Ho tagliato il petto di tacchino a bocconcini, lo infarinato e lo rosolato in una padella con un filo d&#8217;olio.</p>

<p><em><strong>La trama:</strong></em></p>

I narcos colombiani gli stanno alle costole.<br />
Niente gli fa più paura del suo stesso passato.</p>
<p>Luci stroboscopiche, una bionda dagli occhi azzurro ghiaccio e una Beretta calibro .22. Questo il sogno ricorrente che tormenta Jason Bourne, l’ex agente della CIA dalla memoria spezzata. Un flashback di immagini intermittenti che lo sfida a ricomporre il puzzle della sua stessa identità, e ad affrontare una nuova missione. Una missione dal nome affascinante: Terre rare. Sarà questa, infatti, la posta in gioco nelle guerre del prossimo futuro: le terre ricche di preziosi elementi chimici indispensabili a sviluppare tecnologie d’avanguardia, soprattutto in campo militare: droni, missili radar-guidati, disturbatori di frequenze radio, cannoni ipersonici.</p>
<p>Per questo la Severus Domna, una potente organizzazione terroristica con ramificazioni in tutto il pianeta, vuole mettere le mani sul sito californiano di Indigo Ridge – l’unico al mondo in grado di contrastare il primato cinese nell’estrazione di lantanio, neodimio e altri ossidi strategici.
